Cross Current Kids

Our Kid's Church is here to help parents raise their children to know that God loves them and that they can have a personal relationship with Him that will impact their lives and the lives of those they come in contact with.

We do this by providing a safe, fun, age-appropriate environment. We would be honored to have you come check us out. Just look for the “FLIPT Kids Welcome Center” on Sunday morning.

What We Do

Our Pre-School ministry is referred to as “Little Kids” – This is the age our children discover who God is in a tangible way. Through creative Bible story time and fun activities, our preschoolers learn who God is and how much He loves them.

Our Primary School ministry is referred to as “Big Kids” – This is the age our children expand their knowledge of God and the Bible and what a personal relationship through Jesus means. The lesson is taught creatively in a large group setting and then the kids break out into small groups to delve deeper into the lesson and to learn how it applies to them personally.

what is flipt?

The name of our Kid's Church is "FLIPT Kids".  FLIPT stands for:

F - Faith - Our Faith in Jesus makes us Strong - Hebrews 11:1

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

L - Love - God's Love for us gives us Compassion - John 3:16

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

I - Impact - The Impact we have on others makes us Humble - Ephesians 4:2

Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.

P - Purpose - The Purposeful way we live our lives makes us Wise - James 3:17

But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.

T - Truth - The Truth we share with others make us Trustworthy - Ephesians 4:15

Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.
